Dr. Gant is a retired SNIS officer, where she served the Office of the Director of National Intelligence as the Assistant Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Human Capital. She currently serves at Howard University, School of Business as a National Security Executive Senior Advisor and Research Administrator.
